The Malaibar Foundation promotes research across diverse fields including history, culture, law, medicine, art, social sciences, literature, Islamic studies, and manuscriptology
We work closely with scholars, institutions, and partners to publish original research and create platforms for knowledge sharing. We regularly host conferences, workshops, research colloquia, seminars, book talks, and discussions that are designed and managed by our dedicated team of experienced professionals.
The colloquium focus on the areas that are relevant to Malaibar Foundation, and has been conducted in every two months as an in-person event at Malaibar. The updates on colloquium will be announced on the events section in our website.
Based on a curated list of books, Book talks are conducted online on a regular basis in every month. The link will be circulated on our social media handles.
We often conduct various workshops for academic, and skill-based training. We also organize workshop series on Manuscript cultures and digital humanities annually, connecting researchers and scholars world-wide.
Malaibar Foundation offers internships with various durations under its different units. Currently, under the supervision of Malaibar Rare book and Manuscript Library, we offer internships in archiving, cataloguing, library science, digitization, and manuscriptology, and under Malaibar press, we have internships in editorial works and book publishing.
